Here it is, our Samy Morales Signature Snare! Samy is the world-renown powerhouse drummer for the band Miel San Marcos and his snare sound really drives a lot of the production sound for this mega group. So we of course had to create the best sounding, warm tone, deep vibe snare we could and copper was obviously the material of choice. If that wasn’t enough, we added diecast hoops, big snare wires, built it with a 10-lug construction for better tuning properties, and outfitted it with an Inde brass throw off. But then, it couldn’t be just one snare! We made two. The 8×14 is the big tone deep snare usable for most everything while the 6.5×14 gives a bit more crack and cut when its needed.
This model is only available in brass hardware with a Inde throw. If you want chrome or black nickel hardware please contact us for a special order.
All of our drums have a build time of 3-5 weeks. We do everything possible to get drums built and sent your way quickly but please keep in mind that we are a small shop and we process builds in the order they are received. Occasionally, we have some of our best-selling models on hand and can process orders quicker than normal. Please contact us to see what we have on hand and ready if you’re in need of a rush order.
Flat rate shipping of $45 per order for all US customers. Order multiple drums and save since the flat rate is order based and will not change based on number of drums in your order. We offer free shipping for orders placed by churches and schools of ministry. For this option please contact us and we will supply you with a free shipping code once we have confirmed you in our system. Must be shipped to the church address listed online, no exceptions. We ship internationally too, just contact us for a shipping quote. All international customers are responsible for taxes/duties/fees their country charges.
