Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products being custom and semi-custom we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.  We build products once orders are placed making it dificult to re-sell items.  If you have an issue with a product that was damaged in shipping or proven defective please contact us immediately.

In some instances we can help customers re-sell a product by showing it on the Vertical website or social media accounts.  We are under no obligation to do so and hold no financial responsibility to either party in the transaction.

We may offer a credit or discount towards new products in some extenuating circumstances but again are under no obligation to do so.

Any products damaged in shipping must be reported to Vertical Drum Co in 3 days or less.  Documentation and photos are required for shipping insurance claims and are required by company in order to determine if a replacement is necessary.  Please contact us as soon as possible if your box or product arrives in damaged condition so we can apply for an insurance claim through the carrier.  Items reported as damaged after the initial 3 day period are not elegible for insurance claims and become the responsibility of the customer.
