Limited Warranty Terms

Our drums are under a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of one year from the item ship date if purchased directly or from the purchase date if purchased through an authorized dealer.  Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in finish and shell construction.  Warranty claims must be made to Vertical Drum Co directly and by the original product owner.  Proof of purchase is required.

Vertical Drum Co reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at the discretion of the company.  Prior to returning defective product to Vertical Drum Co, purchaser must receive a return authorization number from the company.

This limited warranty does not cover general wear and tear, drum heads, damage caused by customer, any damages caused by weather or natural elements including temperature conditions, issues arising from neglect of product, damages caused by mishandling products or abusive playing of the music instrument.

Vertical Drum Co is not responsible for defective 3rd party items used on a drum build.  Vertical may in some instances choose to have 3rd party items replaced by original manufacturer but is under no obligation to do so.

For defective items with a return authorization number, Vertical Drum Co will generate a return pre-paid shipping label for the customer.  Vertical will not reimburse shipping costs if customer decides to ship via another method other than the option provided by the company.
